Trev says:

This game was so popular it even spawned a song of the same name by Barry Manilow. Luckily the game can be played considerably more often than the song… Basically, you move your fleet of ships around the board carrying a cargo from one port to the next and trying to block ports to prevent your opponents getting in. The thing is that the amount of cash to be earned at each port changes for each visit and is known to all players, so there tends to be a rush to be the first to get to a port offering £100,000, whilst ignoring one offering £20,000. In that rush, you can land on other players’ ships and send them back to the last port while you wait for the opportune time to move your blocking ship out of the way to open the port up. The extra hazard, while all this is going on is the ‘mysterious cloud’, which moves about the board and twists around above the ships. There are magnets on the underside of the cloud and on top of the ships, so there is always a chance of a ship getting picked up and moved or destroyed when the cloud passes over. Generally a fun game.
