I get two kinds of request from people about buying games: some people want to know where to get copies of games that they read about on this site and some people want to buy my copies of certain hard-to-get games.
Dealing with the first, there are some 'selling games' websites on the links page and this is definitely where you sghould start if you are in the UK. I also have a deal with Funagain Games in the US whereby I put links to their home page and catalogue entries on my site
- these links are always marked with the Funagain Games logo shown here. They allow you to jump directly to the relevant catalogue page of their site if you wish to buy from them - or even check other reviews. The deal also means that I get a 5% commission on anything you spend at their site if visiting it from one of my links. I mention it here because I like to be up-front about these things and if you don't like the idea of me getting the commission, just re-visit the Funagain site directly. The cost to you is the same whether or not I get any cut, I just figured I may as well take up the option if it's available.
As for buying copies of games from me, like anyone with stacks of games, shelf space at my house is at a premium. I am therefore forced to occasionally sell a game - especially if it's going on to someone who appreciates a particular game more than I do (and I have no sentimental attachment to it).
I've listed here some of the games that are nearer the 'chopping block' so to speak. I haven't listed any prices because, generally, it's too much work to think how much I would want. Generally, if you want something, make me an offer. Bear in mind though, that there will be extra costs involved in shipping (from the UK) and in any currency conversions (which may be cheaper at your end).
Note: Generally, if I don't want to sell something, I am always willing to keep my eyes out for another copy of it - although again, it also helps to know how much you would be prepared to pay.
