Easier done than said
People often say "That's easier said than done!" in response to some suggestion or other. But I was thinking, "Well, what isn't?"
Most of the things that first came to mind were things like respiration, digestion, etc., but then I decided that things you do unconsciously/involuntarily don't count. Nor should an individual's inability to talk count - a baby learns to walk before it tells you about it.
After you remove that lot, it gets very hard to think of anything that is easier to do than to say unless you get very specific such as "Scratching the back of your right side earlobe" rather than just "Scratching". Actually, scratching and similar things aren't so much 'easy' as so well practiced that they are virtually unconscious and so difficult to not do (try ignoring an itch) that they are also almost involuntary - so they should ideally be ruled out.
So - any unquestionable ideas? Something you consciously decide to do that is easier to do than to say.
