The most common method of sending email from your website is with the use of the CDO NTS component.  To test this sample form, take a look at the following URL in your web browser:-

www.yourdomain.co.uk/formmail/cdonts.htm

'cdonts.htm' makes use of 'cdonts.asp' to actually send the mail, and you are free to adapt either of these two sample files to your own requirements.
